System Overview
The Agile Technologies AT-6G464DLW1200 /
AT-6G864DLW1200 Small Outline Dual In-Line Memory Module (SO-DIMM) is organized
as one or two banks of 4Mx64 bits. Each bank consists of four (4) each of an
AM29LV640MU, 4Mx16,3.3V, CMOS uniform sector only flash memory device in BGA
package on a 144-pin glass epoxy FR-4 printed circuit board with decoupling
capacitors.
